The curtain will finally fall down for Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger after leading the club to misery after misery. Arsenal Management are considering sacking one of the longest serving Arsenal manager.
Information from the club reveals that the management are concerned that the current Arsenal performance may deny the team an opportunity to play at UEFA Champions League tournament next season. They are fearing that if Wenger continue managing the club, players will revolt, prompting the team to sink further. One of the managers was overheard says after their exit from UEFA last night, “enough is enough”, which means the club is fed up with the Frenchman.
The 67-year-old’s contract has almost expired but the management verbally stated that they could renew his contract. But following their 5-1 loss to Bayern Munich, the club may be unwilling to extend his contract. It is highly likely that Arsene Wenger will be the next after Claudio Ranieri, who was sacked by Leicester City last month, few months after winning premier league trophy.
Currently, Arsenal are at position 5 in the premier league,12 points behind league leaders Chelsea. Their previous match results are as follows:
