Uasin Gishu County Governor Jackson Mandago has threatened to vote for NASA if Jubilee endorses Buzeki for governor position.
While speaking in Eldoret, the governor warned that unless DP William Ruto and other Jubilee leaders stop favouring his rival, he will mobilize his people to vote for NASA.
“Kama hamtawacha kulazimishia sisi watu wengine,tutapigia NASA kura,Hata NASA ni chama”,he said.
Mandago’s statement has resulted to discomfort among Jubilee leaders, who accuse him of trying to divide the party. The leaders have resolved to meet Mandago in person, led by Ruto,to iron out the differences.
It is alleged Ruto is behind Mandago’s woes, who Jubilee term as a traitor and a Kikuyu enemy. But despite the sentiments, Mandago is too strong for them.
The governor has promised to teach his enemies a lesson as he assures that his over 400,000 supporters will vote for NASA.
