Differences between a University Graduate and a School Drop out

If you are a school dropout, you may not be aware of the difference between you and a University Graduate. The two of you can’t mix no matter what and in case you find yourself in the same ecosystem, even a child can explain the difference.

If you weren’t aware, here are the differences between a school dropout and a degree holder.

Strategy

A university graduate tends to employ strategy more compared to a school dropout. Take example of two people who are given a difficult task that require the use of brains and physical energy. The school dropout will of course engage his energy more than the brains, eventually he will give up-that is if the task looks impossible to crack. A university graduate will engage his brains more than his energy; infact, three quarter of his time will be to come up with a strategy of finishing the task without a sweat. At the end of the day it might take a university graduate longer time to complete the task but he will indeed complete. The school dropout will give up on the way if the task is beyond his physical strength.

Success

A university graduate has more opportunity for success than a school dropout but in the real world, a school dropout tends to be more successful. The reason why a university graduate is less successful is because the system trains him to be a loyal employee .Since the school dropout was destined to fail, anyway, he ends up doing what the degree holder avoids like a plague. And in life, the little things graduates avoid are the ones that turn out to be gold mine.

Decision making

There is a reason why school dropouts often hire finance managers to manage proceeds from their empires. The reason is, since this man is more likely to make blunders in life, chances of losing money in his possession as fast as he earned it are extremely high. The reason why he is a school dropout is because he gives up fast, he is rigid and always makes blunders.

For a graduate, he is likely to make sound decision, but this depends on his state of mind. If a graduate is under tension, he can easily reason like a school dropout.

Health

Research shows that school dropouts are more likely to be healthier than university graduates. This is because most of the jobs done by school dropouts involve use of physical strength as opposed to the use of brains. This answers this question, why do educated people die of cancer, obesity, high blood pressure and depression yet they learnt these things in school?!!!

Investment decisions

It’s sad and unfortunate that PhD holders and professors are the worst in making decisions involving investments. The sad reality is that what they learn in school does not necessarily reflect in their real life situations. It’ s rare, rare like El Niño, to find a professor who is a billionaire. Why?because they are too rigid.

Though school dropouts ran away from the heat of education, they never shied from creating wealth. The university graduates felt so comfortable in class that they forgot investing in assets is more important than books.

Risks

I don’t know what happens when people get too much education-they tend to be risk averse. It’s almost impossible to convince a PhD holder that running grocery is better than being a university lecturer. What separates the school dropout with a university graduate is the risk an individual is able and willing to take. University graduates are never taught how to take risks, which is why they are average. School dropouts break the financial ceiling because they swim into risks and are willing to do anything to prove a point.
