This is What Raila Is Planning to Do on October 26,2017
NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has left the whole country in dilemma by keeping his cards close to the chest. Kenyans are waiting for his next move, but since he is a mysterious politician, it’s hard to guess.
We are reliably informed that Raila has several options.The first card he will use against Uhuru is to coerce Mr Wafula Chebukati to resign before the President signs into law the elections bill.Wafula is,therefore,expected to shock the entire nation the following week. By the way, the way the president may sign the bill on October 25.
The second option for Raila is to use the law, which states that for elections to be valid, it must happen in 290 constituencies Since Nyanza ,Coast, Eastern and Western are strongholds for Raila,we suspect that some constituencies will register zero votes; if this happens,Raila will move to the Supreme Court for nullification of the results.
Another option for Raila is to convince Uhuru to have a dialogue with NASA for postponement of the elections. This might bear fruits since the President has said he is ready to dialogue with the opposition.
What Raila will not do is to unleash violence. This option is not available for him because ICC is closely monitoring his movements and utterances.
