Supreme Court of Kenya is expected to uphold the election of Uhuru Kenyatta as president.
The court will deliver the ruling few minutes from now where Chief Justice David Maraga will read the unanimous ruling to the nation. Already, Jubilee top politicians have gathered at the Supreme Court to hear the ruling, which they believe would favour them. In the same breath, Raila Odinga has sneaked to Tanzania to avoid hearing what Maraga will say. He was informed yesterday that he won’t survive this time.
Unlike in the previous ruling where each judge had time to read his/her own ruling, this time only Maraga will read on behalf of other judges…and the ruling will take less than 20 minutes.
