Bedsitters are a common thing in Nairobi. Men, as well as women prefer them to single rooms since they are self-contained and comfortable to live in. But there is one thing many of us haven’t discovered yet, which I am going to reveal below.
If your man, or any other man you know lives in a bedsitter, research shows that he belongs to this class.
- Stingy
If you discover a man is earning above Ksh 70,000 and he lives in a bedsitter, the man is as stingy as a kikuyu man who is saving to buy a plot.
- He is struggling in life
Another characteristic of a man struggling in life but pretends to be doing well is one in a bedsitter. Unless you see his payslip or you know how much he makes per month, don’t buy his lies—this man is dead broke.
- He is married but his family lives far away
More than 50 % of men in bedsitters are married but their families are living far from them. These men find it economical to rent such rooms since they are also paying rent elsewhere.
If you find a man with mouth-watering salary but he is comfortable in a bedsitter, don’t allow him to cheat you he is single, unless you know his background well.
- He has several loans
Some people take loans to venture into projects but end up misusing the money. Since their salary won’t afford a decent house, they opt to live in bedsitters.
- He is undertaking serious projects
There are men who prefer simple life. Though they are rare, they are actually in our midst. You find a man earning Ksh200,000 but he is living in a bedsitter….and you wonder why!!!This is an ambitious man who is probably building his home in the neighbourhood.
