Kisumu Governor Prof Anyang Nyong’o is sick.
The governor flew out of the country to undergo surgery to replace a fractured bone. He is still at San Francisco but in stable condition.
Yesterday there were speculations that his health condition has deteriorated but ac close friend revealed:
“Prof Anyang Nyong’o has had a successful minor surgery to replace hipbone fracture he suffered in an accident during campaigns.
The Governor has asked God to forgive those speculating about his health by writing his obituary. The surgery was done a week ago and he’s now recovering at home in San Francisco.
He has also thanked the people of Kisumu and Kenyans in general who have sent him overwhelming messages of well wishes. The Governor will be back at the office very soon when he’s fully fit to travel. Quick recovery professor”
