Web Graphics Intern job in Kenya
Full time | SYNC LIMITED
The successful jobholder will be required to perform the following duties but not limited to:
- Website design and development incorporating information graphics using tools such as PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Design and upload web graphics to include but not limited to:

- New page layouts / content management

- Home page graphic / content change

- Internal page development

- Promotional sales messaging

- Development / embed forms, surveys, etc.

- Management of all tagging and tracking codes

- Database e-marketing – design, link and provide coding for all Sync emails

- Design advertising layouts, which include but are not limited to print ads, social media content, marketing and advertising collateral, online ads and banners, point of sale, and signage materials.
- Develop interactive designs that will engage with clients/customers.
- Execute visual elements in projects including online graphics and offline material.
- Ensure website stocks have synchronized with dynamic according to market trends.
- Liaise with the marketing team and customer service teams to augment customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor online ratings to determine where enhancements are necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ graphic design.
- KCSE mean grade of C+ or above.
- Proven work experience as a web designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong PORTFOLIO TO BE INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash or other visual design and wire framing tools.
- Possess Knowledge and skills on MS EXCEL and Google Sheets.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.
- Skills in video editing will be an added advantage.
