- Always wash rice thrice before cooking; most of the rice we buy contains arsenic which causes liver and spleen cancer.
- Avoid eating burnt meats. The charred meat causes heart diseases and produces cancer triggering chemicals.
- When cooking tea, never add raw milk on boiling water. Adding raw milk in boiling water will multiply brucella bacteria which cause brucellosis. You should instead boil milk first then add water in it.
- Avoid the scar of tomato. Even after washing your tomato, there is a significant amount of pesticide hiding on the tomato scar. You should cut it out.
- Avoid using a lot of cooking oil/fat. The more you use, the higher the chances of you dying from heart diseases.
- It is not advisable to recycle cooking fat more than twice. Recycled cooking oil can cause serious illnesses such as heart attack, inflammation of the liver and cancer. It contains liver damaging aflatoxins.
- Never drink alcohol and take panadol! The reaction of the two can cause serious liver problems.
- Do not drink water immediately after eating. It will dissolve the digestive enzymes. It is usually advisable to drink water 30 minutes before and after meals.
- If you struggling with weight, the fastest way to lose weight is to at three meals a day; heavy breakfast, moderate lunch and light supper. Take a lot of warm water, eat supper before 8.00pm, get enough sleep of about 8 hours and walk or run for at least 30 minutes a day. You will shed at least 5 kilos a month!
