Today morning, we managed to see the payslip of one of their staff, and we couldn’t believe our eyes.
We all know that the CEO, Joshua Oigara earns Ksh256 million per year, which is equivalent to Ksh777,000 per day.The CEO is also entitled to hundreds of privileges.
This staff,who brings the company millions of shillings annually earns Ksh16,625 per month. Assuming he works in Nairobi,it means he won’t afford a one bedroom house.To make matters worse, the salary is subjected to tax,NSSF and NHIF deductions.
Honestly,if this is what the man will be earning in the next 5 years,what will prevent him from being poor forever!
