Now, for those who don’t want to get pregnant, here is how to count safe days:
If your periods are from 28th to 1st, then you have to count at least 15 days after you have stopped bleeding before you do intimacy without protection. From date 28th to 1st it’s normally a bleeding period. Fertility period starts from the time you start receiving your periods and it lasts for 18 days. This means that from the time you start receiving your periods if you attempt to have sex before the 18 days elapse, you’ll get pregnant.
Assuming you stop receiving your periods on date 1st ,the best time to have sex without protection is from date 15 until that time you’ll start receiving your periods-this is what we call safe days.
