A heartless Kisii man by the name Kepha Ongeri aka Kepha Mokua is wanted for conning a sick person Ksh17,000.Kepha,who loves slay queens, pocketed the money in broad daylight and hid in a slum in Nairobi.
Kepha lies that he is a Chief Protocol Officer in Nairobi but he is just a conman surviving in Nairobi on people’s sweat. In his latest case, he created a WhatsApp group which he used to solicit money on behalf of the sick man.Kepha,who is always broke,disappeared with the money after his target reached.He is now eating life with a big spoon in a slum.
