Alfred Mutua’s election as Machakos Governor has been nullified.
The Supreme Court found that there is sufficient evidence to nullify the election.Today morning,the ruling was delivered and immediately,Mutua reacted.
Wavinya Ndeti had moved to court to challenge Mutua’s election.This was after the Machakos Governor miraculously won the election.Though high court had upheld the governor’s election, Wavinya moved to the highest court in the country.
Alfred Mutua has vowed to challenge the ruling at the Supreme Court.
