There are two ways in which you can withdraw money from Betin, through SMS and by visiting Betin website. To withdraw money through SMS, follow these two steps:
Step 1
Create the following SMS,
‘WD’ # the amount # and the secret pin secret pin to 29456
WD#amount#pin
Send the message to 29456
Step 2
You will receive a message from Betin indicating that your withdrawal request is successful.
You will wait for 2-20 minutes to receive an MPESA message from Safaricom showing the amount you have received from Betin.You can then go and withdraw from an MPESA agent.
Note that normal MPESA charges apply when you want to withdraw money.
If you have tried to withdraw online and you haven’t managed to do it, it’s better you try with SMS service.
