You can withdraw money from Betpalace through SMS or on the company’s website.To withdraw money through SMS,follow these steps:
Step 1
Make sure your phone is loaded with at least Ksh10.To withdraw the money, normal Safaricom SMS charges apply
Step 2
Draft an SMS in this format:
WITHDRAW#AMOUNT to 29085
Step 3
Enter send and wait for Betpalace to send you a confirmation message. A message will be sent after few seconds that your withdrawal request has been successful. If the amount you wanted to withdraw is more than what is available in your account, a message will be sent indicating insufficient amount.
The first message will come from Betpalace, then after few minutes MPESA will send you the amount to your phone. You can go ahead and withdraw through Safaricom agent
