You are allowed to withdraw money from Shabiki via SMS.To do so, follow these three steps:
Step 1
Deposit at least Ksh 10 in your Safaricom or Airtel account. The normal withdrawal rates apply
Step 2
Draft the following message:
W#Amount eg W#2000
Step 3
Send the message to 29063
Step 4
Shabiki will reply that your withdrawal request has been successfully received. After 1 to 10 minutes, you’ll receive your money into your MPESA account. Go to the MPESA agent and withdraw.
The maximum amount you can withdraw at once is Ksh70,000 per transaction
