Here is the Management Team for KUSCCO Kenya:
George Ototo MBS, ICUDE, is the Managing Director.
He heads a team of 12 Managers who assist him in the day to day running of the Organization. Mr. Ototo also acts as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.
James Ole Nkiti is the Chief Operating Officer. He is in-charge of all union operations.
George Owino is the Finance Manager of KUSCCO and handles financial strategy formulation and implementation, budgetary controls, procurement & financial reporting.
Gladys Lusweti is the Human Resources and Administration Manager of KUSCCO: She is responsible for conducting, analysing and guiding the Union on HR related initiatives to ensure that KUSCCO remains competitive, compliant and efficient in the labour market.
Kenneth Kimaiyo is the Internal Audit Manager of KUSCCO and is charged with the task of ensuring that all control systems are in place and working
Rachel Wafula heads the Risk Management Services Department.
The department provides member SACCOs with Loans Cover, Savings Cover, Spouse Cover, Committee Cover and a Funeral Rider.
Elijah Mulwa is the head of Education and Training Department, that is mandated to train SACCOs.
Julius Odera is the head of KUSCCO Housing Ltd, a subsidiary of KUSCCO Ltd, which finances house construction, outright purchase, as well as plot purchase.
Rose Wairimu Ngaruiya is the Business Development & Marketing Manager. She is in-charge of product development and all marketing activities.
Mercy Muthoni Njeru, HSC, MKIM is the Advocacy Manager, KUSCCO Ltd in-charge of the Union’s core objective of advocating for SACCOs in Kenya.
