Do you know you can buy Airtel credit from MPESA? This will be useful especially when you don’t have money in your Airtel like. These are the steps to follow:
- Go to MPESA
- Select Lipa Na MPESA
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter Business No. 220220
- Enter Account No. AIRTnnnn(Where nnnn is your Airtel Mobile number), then enter OK
- Enter the credit amount (eg 1,000)
- Enter your MPESA PIN
- Press send
You will get a message from Safaricom that you have purchased credit for your Airtel like.
You can also pay your Airtel bills from MPESA.
