Send an sms “W#Amount” to 29028 using the phone number associated with your account.

You will receive a confirmation message from Kwikbet about your withdrawal request. Wait for 1 to 10 minutes to receive the money on your MPESA account.

1. Open your web browser and type in: kwikbet.co.ke
2. Select login.
3. Enter your username (phone number) and password to proceed to your account.
4. Select ‘Withdraw’ at the top right of your screen
5. If requested, enter your first and last names in the fields provided
6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum 50/=)
7. Select ‘Request Withdrawal’

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 Kshs. Please note that additional carrier fees apply when processing withdrawal requests to your account. The maximum payout shall be 500,000 Kshs on any given ticket.

You are allowed to withdraw anytime of the day or night.
