Ruto’s GSU Security Withdrawn and Replaced by AP

Deputy President William Ruto is now less secure after elite GSU officers manning his premises were replaced by AP officers. The security personnel who were handling his security matters were notified to vacate all premises owned or occupied by Ruto by 2 pm today 26/8/2021.

Currently, police vehicles carrying AP officers to Ruto’s residence in Karen are on the way.

While reacting to the new changes,Oscar Sudi said:

“President Uhuru Kenyatta is a very petty President but CS Matiang’i is the pettiest of all. The duo have just ordered withdrawal of all security officers manning Sugoi, Elgon View home, Karen Residence and all other premises linked to DP Ruto. Ujinga mtupu!”

President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President are the most guarded Kenyans.Ruto’s security comprises of more than 10 officers.

Police Service Standing Orders, Chapter 8 section 5(e) states that the GSU Commandant shall be responsible for security to the President, the Deputy President, State Houses and lodges.
