The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority has announced new prices for petrol,diesel and kerosene in Kenya.The prices take effect tonight.Petrol will now retail at Ksh 159.12 in Nairobi, diesel Ksh 140 and kerosene Ksh127.94
In the period under review, the pump prices of Super Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene increase by Kshs 9.00 per litre respectively.
In other regions, the prices will be higher than Nairobi due to transport costs. It’s only in Mombasa and the surrounding towns where the prices will be lower than Nairobi. Petrol will retail at Ksh 156.86 in Mombasa, diesel Ksh 137.76 and kerosene Ksh 125.69.
