Jubilee Party Headquarter is set to be auctioned this month after it accumulated debts in the tune of billions of shillings. The 7-storey building which housed TNA and URP in 2013 and 2013 will be sold to the highest bidder anytime from now.
A notice appearing in the dailies on Monday, August 29, 2022, identifies the building as part of LR No. 209/1530 Emani Business Center, which is registered in the name of Farmers Industry Limited.Garam Investments has called upon Kenyans to present their bids as it tried to recover money for their client.
The seven-storey building has two basement floors and a penthouse, a sentry house and a power house among others.
This is a sign that Jubilee Party is dead.
