If PayPal is not working, you will use Equity Bank to withdraw money from your PayPal account. Equity was the first bank to introduce this transaction method in Kenya. You will be required to link your Equity Bank account card.
Login to your PayPal account and link your Equity Account card.The process takes few minutes.
You will then be allowed to transfer money from PayPal to Equity. But the problem is that the charges are higher and it takes up to 48 hours for the money to reflect in your Equity account.
PayPal has already clarified that the issue is with Thunes which supports transaction of money from PayPal to MPESA.The issue has taken more than 3 days to be resolved.Since money for many people is held at PayPal,they can use Equity Bank to transfer it.
