A Kisii man by the name Brian Shem Okenye has been reported that he is a conman.The man works at DTB Kilifi Branch where he cons Kenyan women from.One of the ladies is crying and cursing the day she knew Brian.
Brian raised her hopes of getting a husband.The smartly dressed man promised to marry her.He took her to an Airbnb in Kisii and did this:
