Centum is one of the best real estate and investment companies to work for in Kenya. Their salaries are good and terms of employment excellent. For fresh graduates, they pay Ksh 90,000 to Ksh 120,000 per month. This salary is paid during training. After training, they are paid a starting salary of Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 180,000.
If you work at Centum for 3 years, your salary will rise to Ksh 250,000.
But for you to secure a position at Centum, you must be aged below 28 years. Your KCSE grade should be above B+. You should have also scored at least Second Upper Division in your undergraduate.
Centum favours graduates with first class in undergraduate. With this qualification, you must be invited for an interview. There are several stages of interviews but the most common ones are aptitude and oral.
To stand a better chance of getting a job at Centum, pursue professional courses like CFA, ACCA, CIFA or Actuarial Certification. Those with these qualifications will be given first priority over those without.
Their training takes 1-2 years. After the training, you are permanently recruited to work at Centum.
If you work for Centum for at least 10 years, your monthly salary will be over Ksh 300,000.They also pay bonuses annually when they surpass their targets.
