Frank Karanja Mogire is the only person who survived in the helicopter accident that killed KDF head Francis Ogolla.The accident occurred at Elgeyo Marakwet County. Frank was the photographer who was among other KDF officers who accompanied Ogolla.
The survivor was thrown out of the plan when it hit the ground.He landed on a soft ground full of shrubs. Though he sustained serious injuries, he didn’t die.He was rushed to Eldoret Referral Hospital.
Frank hails from Kisii and he has been working a KDF for more than 5 years.
