Dr Fred Matiangi has answered about River Yala bodies. He was accused of dumping bodies in River Yala. This was a question which all Kenyans wanted to hear its answer.Below is how he answered:
“I asked for an inquest on River Yala and I am ready to appear before a judge or a magistrate.
Police had opened a file. By the time I was leaving office, the file was still open and I did not go home with it. Last week, bodies were discovered in River Yala. I have not heard anybody accusing CS Murkomen of dumping bodies in River Yala. We have also seen the Kware killings where the suspect just walked out of a police station and vanished.”- Dr. Fred Matiang’i
Now,it’s upon the government to determine what was happening in River Yala. Even last week,bodies were found in the river yet Matiangi isn’t the Interior CS.
