They don’t want to waste money. They realised that attending such events is wastage of money. They instead opted to spend the money elsewhere.
They drink in their homes. They buy alcohol from pubs, wines and spirits and take it home. They opt to drink at home with friends and family members.
They don’t want to spend on women. Most women attend those events in order to find men who can spend on them. Kenyan men realised that when they attend such events, they are tempted to spend on women and end up being broke.
Women want to prove a point. Kenyan women want to prove that they now have money and can finance their lifestyle. They also have a lot of freedom because most of them aren’t married. This is a new thing to them, which is why they are flocking clubs.
