The below steps guide on how one can download this document.
a). *PUBLIC ACCESS*
Access the system through placement.education.go.ke.
– On the landing Page, click on *DOWNLOAD LETTER*
– Type the *(ASSESSMENT NUMBER)* and *JUNIOR SCHOOL KNEC CODE*
– Click on *GET ADMISSION LETTER*
– The Learner’s name shall be displayed with information on the letter’s readiness.
– Click on *DOWNLOAD LETTER.*
b). *HEADS OF JUNIOR SCHOOL*
Access the system through placement.education.go.ke.
– on the landing page click *LOG IN*
– Upon successfull Log in, click *DOWNLOAD LETTER* Button found at the far end in each record of a learner.
– Note that the letters are the same, whether it’s downloaded from the *JUNIOR SCHOOL* portal or the *PUBLIC PAGE*.
Once you download the letters,it means that you have accepted the offer. You will not change the school after the download is complete.
