KCB Bank has advertised graduate trainee positions. The training will take up to 24 months. The salary while in training will be Ksh 25,000 to Ksh35,000. After the training, it will shoot to Ksh 60,000 to Ksh75,000 per month. Most of those who will be in training will be absorbed.
KCB also awards bonuses to employees who surpass their targets.
