The Gender Violence Recovery Centre (GVRC) is a charitable trust of The Nairobi Women’s Hospital Group. It has been providing specialized medical treatment and psychosocial support to survivor of sexual and domestic violence who cannot afford treatment since 2001.
Women who suffer injuries as a result of gender violence are advised to visit Nairobi Women’s Hospital for treatment. In most cases, the treatment is catered for by well-wishers and consequently a lawyer is sought to deal with your case.
