In the list Rashid Achesa miraculously found himself named a CS.This is the same guy who dumped Raila few years ago for President Uhuru.He later contested for MP Mumias but he was humiliated in the ballot. Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Mwangi Kiunjuri was demoted to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Amina Mohammed will be in charge of Education while Matiangi was promoted to the Ministry of Interior.
