Job Title: ADMINISTRATOR/ RECEPTIONIST

A renowned property management company is seeking to recruit an administrator/ Receptionist to join their team

Duties and responsibilities

  • Working closely with the caretaker to ensure a smooth running of the company.
  • Receiving Rent and doing the banking.
  • Giving reports when need be.
  • Attracting potential Tenants by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolving problem/ conflicts by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Attending to clients and providing required information.
  • Always ensuring all documents are todate.
  • Ensuring accuracy at all levels.
  • Managing a proper filling system.
  • Operating all office phones, Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
  • Recording all outgoing and incoming calls
  • Responsible for the office appearance
  • Receiving visitors and directing them to the respective stations.
  • Managing petty cash.

Receptionist Job Experience

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in property management is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Residing along Waiyaki way will be an added advantage.
