Itโs a challenge to youths who are not experienced in terms of relationships and pregnancy. In a woman, there are those days she can get pregnant even with a drop of sperm and those days she canโt however much she tries.
Women are not the same; there are those who are extremely fertile and others who need hard work from a man for them to conceive. Some of the factors that can lead to lack of pregnancy is; hormonal imbalance, anxiety, weak sperms, and infertility. In case you realize your body system doesnโt allow you to get pregnant, visit a medical doctor.
Now, for those who donโt want to get pregnant, here is how to count safe days:
If your periods are from 28th to 1st, then you have to count at least 15 days after you have stopped bleeding before you do intimacy without protection. From date 28th to 1st itโs normally a bleeding period. Fertility period starts from the time you start receiving your periods and it lasts for 18 days. This means that from the time you start receiving your periods if you attempt to have sex before the 18 days elapse, youโll get pregnant.
Assuming you stop receiving your periods on date 1st ,the best time to have sex without protection is from date 15 until that time youโll start receiving your periods-this is what we call safe days.
