NYS Thieves in Trouble as This Principal is Sentenced to 6 Years in Jail for Receiving Ksh10,000 Bribe

Yesterday night NYS thieves had sleepless nights after they heard another corrupt individual has been sentenced to six years in jail.

Principal of Wakaela Secondary School , Machakos County, Paul Nduve Silla  was sentenced to six years imprisonment for soliciting and receiving a bribe of Ksh 10,000 from a contractor as a benefit to release payment for supply of computers and accessories to the school.

The judge delivered the ruling yesterday in a fully parked court, sending the principal into tears.Those in court cried controllably as Mr Nduve was being escorted to a lorry.

Currently, the NYS suspects are in remand and if found guilt, they will be imprisoned for 10 years or be fined Ksh1 million each or get imprisoned and a fine of Ksh 1 million.
