Residents of Muranga have today done the unthinkable. An elephant was shot by KWS rangers after it destroyed crops and injured people, and then residents cut it into pieces and made it a delicious meal. However, one woman carried the private parts and roasted them.
Right now if you are in muranga,don’t buy meat from any butchery because most of them are stocked with elephant meat. If you must buy meat, ask for goat meat—but you can as well eat monkey meat unwillingly.
