Nazlin Omar has come out to explain her relationship with Aden Duale.This was after a Facebook post was shared indicating that the government majority leader sired two children with her and disappeared.
Nazlin wrote this on her Facebook page:
“No. 7 is interesting. No comments. This is all #AdenDuale ‘s own mischief and convulated plots to evade the truth.
I still await him to resurface from his perpetual hiding place inside and under my skirts to tell Kenya the true status of our relationship, why I was sooo upset with him and soooo inconsolable that I shut him out after slamming the door I’m his face. What did he really do to me. He needs to man up and speak the truth.
And dont ask me any questions. I am not answering anyone”

- Aden Bare Duale was born on 15th June 1969 in Balambala in Garissa County. He has an identical twin brother. He comes from the Abdulwak of the Talamooge sub-clan, which is part of the larger Ogaden clan. His late father was a pastoralist. He did not believe in education. Duale’s mother Hawa Kosar, a small-scale businesswoman, moved the family to town and left the father to herd cattle back home.
- Aden Bare Duale attended Boystown Primary School in Garissa in 1975. He joined Garissa High School in 1982 and Moi Forces Academy Nakuru in 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Moi University and an Executive MBA from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
- Aden Duale is married to one wife who he lives with in Nairobi. She is the daughter of former Chief of General Staff Mohamud Mohamed. Aden Duale has five sons. His eldest son Abdul Razak Aden scored a mean grade of A- (minus) in the 2015 KCSE. He was a student of Mang’u High School.
- Duale started his career as a graduate teacher at Sankuri Secondary School in 1992. His teaching career did not last two terms. After quitting, he worked as a clerical officer at the Garissa Provincial Commissioner’s office for only six months before he decided the pay was too low. From there he joined family business because, according to him, that is where money was. He later joined Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in 1999 as a Director and served up to 2003.
- Duale was elected to Parliament in 2007 to represent the people of Dujis Constituency. He vied and won on an ODM ticket. In April 2008, he was appointed as an Assistant Minister for Livestock. In 2011, he parted ways with ODM leadership and followed Ruto to form the United Republican Party – URP.
- He is the current Garissa Town MP elected on a Jubilee ticket, garnering less than 15,000 votes. Due to his closeness to Deputy President William Ruto, he was easily elected the Majority leader of the Kenya National Assembly in 2013 – a position he still retains.
- Aden Duale was romantically involved with former Presidential Candidate Nazlin Omar with whom they sired two children, who are currently schooling in one of Australia’s most expensive private school Geelong Grammar School; day scholars pay AU$ 35,700 which translates to Ksh10 million per year for the two kids.

- Together with billionaire brothers Jaswant S. Rai and Tejveer S. Rai, Aden Bare Duale is constructing a multi-billion Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) plant in Kwale County. The trio landed the lucrative dealership from Pakistan based Petrosin Inc – a respected LPG multinational dealing with industrial and domestic LPG products.
- Aden Bare Duale has 5% shares (worth billions of shillings) at The Eastern & Southern Africa Trade & Development Bank (PTA) which further owns 5.23 % shares at Gulf African Bank (GAB) – one of the largest Islamic Banks in Africa. GAB was adversely mentioned in the ‘transfer’ of the stolen NYS billions to offshore accounts in Mauritius and Dubai.
