The first reason is that Kisiis love shortcuts. They know being watchmen they will be able to cut deals and make money when others are sleeping. For instance, if there is parking space, they will allow cars for strangers to park and give them some money.
Another reason: Kisiis are rude, stern and principled, people fear them. Employers prefer Kisiis over other tribes because of the aforementioned qualities.
The most interesting reason is that Kisiis are not selective when it comes to work, they can do any job. Tribes like Kikuyu hate jobs which pay little, but not Kisiis.The most available jobs nowadays are for security officers and house helps, that’s why you’ll find Kisiis dominating those jobs.
Kisiis are not cowards, they can fact any person with courage. If there is a tribe you can’t intimidate, it’s a Kisii, whether it’s a man or a woman. Being a watchman is a hobby because they will fully express their anger, strength and courage.
They fight vigorously when provoked:Kisiis never retreat when provoked,they start fighting there and then,using any available resources and tactics.Security jobs prefer such people.
