Job Summary:

Providing operation’s support services on administration, monitoring and compliance function of the Division;

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make proposals on the Division’s work plan and budgets.
  • Offer support in the development of the Division’s Performance Contract and Work Plan.
  • Offer support in the preparation of the Division’s Reports.
  • Maintain and account for an up-to date database/register of records and files held in the Division.
  • Ensure dissemination of correspondence, email and legal instruments to appropriate Parties/Departments on behalf of the Head of Department

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BCom, Accounting, Communications, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Law or related disciplines from a recognised university

Related Job Experience:

  • Must have served as an officer or its equivalent grades for at least one (1) year in a comparable organisation.
  • Management courses.
