When Safaricom decides to give you a maximum of say Ksh 5,000 it means that you don’t use your Safaricom MPESA regularly or the amount you deposit on regular basis is less. The first thing to do is to ensure you use your MPESA regularly, deposit regularly. Also, when you deposit, don’t be in a hurry to withdraw, Safaricom checks the duration it takes for you to withdraw once you deposit.
Make sure your MPESA is credited almost all the time
Always ensure that your MPESA is always credited, or there is some money in the account. If Safaricom notices that your account always has a balance even if it’s small, it’s easy to increase the Fuliza Limit. For instance, if you want to borrow Ksh20,000 in January, Ensure that the balance in your account is between Ksh5,000 to Ksh20,000 all the time. When you borrow, Safaricom will look at your regular balance and increase the fuliza limit.
