A photo of Millicent Omanga jumping over a fence at Kasarani Police Station has emerged. The photo clearly shows a fully bodied woman jumping as her dress leave thighs exposed.Her chogo chogo were clearly seen and men didn’t hesitate to stare.
But the nominated Senator has denied she was the one captured on camera.
