Nairobi City tycoon Jared Otieno has surprised his villagers by building the first ever Sh50 million palatial house in Ndhiwa.
The 10 bedroom house has excellent finishing with a swimming pool and a compound big enough for 1000 visitors.
Jared is the man who spent Sh 15 million on dowry, which made Kendi Mwiti one of the most expensive women in the Republic of Kenya.
Kendi will now have an option of either living in Runda or Ndhiwa.
