Popular Nairobi lawyer Cliff Ombeta has stated that he is not interested in representing Neno Evangelism Pastor James Nganga in court.
Ombeta claimed that the risk involved in representing the pastor can completely finish him professionally. He added that the Apostle has not given him proper instructions concerning his case.
The lawyer claims that since the pastor was set free last week he has not seen him physically, he further states that the rogue pastor does not pick his calls despite making several attempts.
Pastor Nganga caused the death of Mercy Njeri at Limuru on July 26 through reckless driving. It’s also believed that he was drunk during the incident.
Last week the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko recommended that the pastor be judged in Court for causing the accident through reckless driving.
