Queen Elizabeth II has been on the throne for 63 years, thus becoming the longest serving monarchy in United Kingdom history.

She was born on 21 April, 1926 when her uncle was the Prince of Wales and heir apparent to George V, her father being only second in line to the throne.

At the age of 25 she became the Queen of England, thus becoming one of the youngest leaders to rise to the throne.

She is blessed with 4 children- Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.
