Popular Kenyan Band Sauti Sol is set to perform on Saturday with international Stars who include Beyonce Knowles at the Global Citizen Festival in New York.
The group confirmed to their fans on Saturday morning on their Instagram page:

Other big names expected to perform at the festival are Pearl Jam Ed Sheeran, and ColdPlay.
The band has grown to become a house hold name in Kenya; their music is greatly appreciated by all age groups. When Obama visited Kenya to attend the Global entrepreneurship Summit, Sauti Sol was the only group allowed to entertain him during dinner at State House Nairobi .This explains how the group is appreciated not only in Kenya but globally.
The group was formed in 2005 by a group of young and ambitious Kenyans who sacrificed their careers to venture into a completely strange path; they have never looked back since then. They have won several awards, including MTV Europe Music Award for Best African Act in 2014.
