Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has nowhere to hide after the International Criminal Court confirmed that they are going to question him over his recent utterances.

Two weeks ago, the controversial first time Member of Parliament confessed that he participated in fixing Deputy President William Ruto at The Hague and he’s willing to do everything to ensure the case is terminated. He also mentioned opposition leader Raila Odinga and Martha Karua as among the people who fixed Ruto.

Following those revelations, the International Criminal Court has ordered Kuria to appear at Parliament building on Friday, October 9, 2015 for questioning. The meeting is intended to get more information from the legislature which could either be used as evidence against Ruto or open charges against Kuria for giving false evidence.

CORD leader Raila Odinga and former Gichugu Member of Parliament Martha Karua, who Kuria mentioned in his recent speech in Rift Valley, will not appear before the ICC representatives.Nevertheless,Raila has been ordered by DPP Keriako Tobiko to record a statement with the CID,but he has refused.
