Hotel Business is arguably among  the most profitable businesses in the country attributed to the conducive environment for hotel industry in the Kenya.

1. To start hotel business ,first choose a suitable location where there are potential customers. The best places to start hotel business include outside colleges and Universities, where there are industries, in town centres and where tourists frequent.

2. Identify reliable suppliers.
3. Obtain a license from the town or county council where you intend to start your business
4. Obtain clearance from the ministry of health
5. If the hotel is, say three star, four or five star, obtain a license from the ministry of tourism.
6. Start the business by purchasing kitchen tools
7. Then purchase elegant seats and tables. Remember image is everything, make sure you study the surrounding and make interior decorations of your rooms unique and attractive.
8. Employ a manager who has significant experience in Hotel Management. The manager will be responsible for employing other workers.
