Giant Telecommunication Company Safaricom has launched a new competition dubbed Shangwe mtaani na Safaricom which will run for a period of 8 weeks.
The competition, which was launched on Friday October 2, 2015, will see 63 lucky Safaricom customers win Sh 1 million each and other amazing cash prizes.
Once a subscriber sends his name through 29555, he is entered into the competition based on the region they reside.The competition has a total of 7 regions.
Safaricom subscribers are expected to register into the competition by sending their names to 29555 after which they are asked a series of simple questions for a chance to win a cash prize.Each question costs Sh 5 .

The telecom company has warned its customers against falling into the trap of conmen who are on the loose. If they are notified by any other number apart from the one they have indicated on their official website, they should report the culprits to CID offices for further actions.
