Submitting Tax online is one of the easiest and most effective way of saving time in taxation process.i-Tax was introduced by KRA to ease the burden of travelling to Times Towers for tax returns
Kenya Revenue Authority is mandated with collecting tax and submitting it to the government at the end of every financial year.The institution has introduced an online system of collecting tax called i-tax,which is faster and more efficient than the manual system which require submission of tax monthly or annually.
Instead of submitting your tax manually you can follow the procedure we have indicated below
• Visit Kenya Revenue Authority website home page where you will see a pop up with the following statement;
“I page is now available in the iTax Portal
“Click here to access the iPage”
• Then click on the pop up which will direct you to a page where you are required to enter your KRA pin.
• Once you have entered your pin you will be directed to the next page with iTax form where you will fill in your details based on the instructions provided.
