President Uhuru Kenyatta visited the injured KDF soldiers in hospital on Tuesday after several complaints from Kenyans.
Uhuru has been in Mombasa campaigning for Jubilee Party even when news broke that KDF soldiers had been massacred in Somalia. Kenyans took to social media to remind the President that he needs to show some respect to soldiers who were massacred.
He has finally heeded to the request and today managed to visit the more than 35 injured soldiers in hospital.
The government is also expected to announce three days of mourning which will see Kenyan flag raised at half-mast.
